This session provides an opportunity to explore and discuss the requirements for UKCGE Supervisor Recognition application. Using examples of good practice and guidance from UKCGE, we will consider how to produce reflective accounts of supervisory experience that aligned to the Good Supervisory Practice Framework criteria. The session will also cover other key elements of the application, including the supervisory meeting observation required for associate recognition.
